Guests are required to provide valid government issued IDs with photo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>CHECK-IN TIME<\/b>: 3:00PM.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>CHECK-OUT TIME<\/b>:\u00a012:00PM. For a late check-out, guests must contact Front Desk by 10:00AM on the\u00a0date\u00a0of departure, and Hotel will check room availability.\u00a0 Late check out fee of 50% of room rate.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Late Check Out is after 12:00PM and before 6:00PM.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>EARLY CHECK-IN \/<\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b> <\/b><\/span><b>PRE-REGISTRATION\u00a0 <\/b>Early check-in is offered based on room availability. If early check-in after 2:00PM is free of charge. Early Check-in Fee of 50% of room rate is applicable if, check-in time is between 9:00AM to 2:00PM. Full room rate charge will be applicable for check-in before 9:00AM.<span class=\"s1\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>DEPOSIT<\/b>:\u00a0 <span class=\"s2\"><\/span>A security deposit of PhP5,000.00 per room in cash\/charge to your credit card (debit card is not allowed), is required upon check-in; and, refundable upon check- out after settlement of other charges, and if no loss or damage is caused to the room or Hotel property. The Hotel reserves the right to require additional deposits if current guest liabilities (e.g. services incurred, food charges, damage to property, etc.) exceed 50% of the original deposit amount.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>GUEST REGISTRATION<\/b>:\u00a0 First and last name, address, phone number, email and signature, shall be required from guests making the reservation, regardless if guest will pay cash or by card upon check out. The names of all guests occupying the room must be registered as well. Information collected herein shall be subject to the provisions of the law on the Data Privacy Act of 2012.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>PUBLICATIONS<\/b>:\u00a0 The Hotel makes its best efforts to ensure that all the information that appears on its website is accurate. However, no warranty, expressed or implied, is given that the information provided on this website is error free. Amended bookings may not be canceled, and will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused room night(s) shall be non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Hotel will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamities, flight or boat transfer cancellations due to bad weather conditions or national events. Hotel Credits will be issued to the guest based on the amount paid to the Hotel. Hotel Credit shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Hotel Credit may be used to pay for accommodation and\/or other services rendered by the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the absolute right to remove any Hotel Credits converted incorrectly at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p14\"><b>RATES<\/b>:\u00a0 \u00a0All rates are quoted in Philippine currency, plus tax. Guests are kindly reminded to maintain cleanliness and take care not to stain or damage the hotel\u2019s furniture and linens<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>QUIET HOURS<\/b>: 11:00PM to 6:00AM. Televisions, voices or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. Credit cards must be signed by the card owner. Cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p16\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>USE OF CREDIT CARDS.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">By providing credit card information, the guest represents and warrants that (i) he\/she is legally authorized to use the credit card provided; (ii) he\/she authorizes the Hotel to charge him\/her in full for all charges incurred by him\/her and companions\/visitors (if applicable) or charged to his\/her account for<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">all products and services purchased by him\/her and any damage or loss caused by him\/her and companions\/visitors during your stay (including, without limitation, damage to the Hotel\u2019s property); (iii) he\/she authorizes the Hotel to charge him\/her in full the prepayment or advance purchase at the time of reservation; and (iv) the guest authorizes the Hotel to charge any cancellation charges to his\/her credit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">While all reasonable security measures will be taken to secure the credit card information, the guest agrees to hold the Hotel and its employees and officers harmless and release them from any actions, claims, liability, damage or loss resulting from any loss, release, compromise, or disclosure of the guest\u2019s credit information caused by malware attacks, phishing attacks, viruses, hacking activities, malicious software and any other unlawful interference in the Hotel\u2019s operating system or unauthorized access by third parties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All payments made by guest is subject to his\/her bank\u2019s charges for foreign transaction fees, where applicable. Additional foreign exchange fees may also apply if any other currency, which is not from your originating issued card\u2019s country, is selected to be charged.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">If guest chooses to check out of the Hotel without settling his\/her bill in full, the guest expressly and irrevocably authorizes the Hotel to charge to the guest\u2019s credit card, which was used at the time of check-in, and provided to secure his\/her reservation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p20\"><span class=\"s1\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p22\"><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Hotel is privately owned and operated; and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that violate the Philippine laws.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Hotel will refuse service or evict a guest, without refund: for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations; is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance with liquor laws; acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; seeks to use the hotel for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the hotel: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to hotel property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of room; refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by the Hotel for the operation and management of the same.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p26\"><span class=\"s9\"><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 DAMAGE<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><b> <\/b><\/span><b>TO<\/b><span class=\"s14\"><b> <\/b><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><b>PROPERTY<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>DAMAGE \/LOSS\/THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY: <\/b>Guests, and any person in their party, are liable for any damage\/loss howsoever caused to the Hotel room(s), premises, or property. In such case, the Hotel shall forfeit guest\u2019s security deposit, and\/or charge or debit the credit\/debit card as presented at registration, to cover the replacement\/restoration cost of the damage\/loss, plus 30% surcharge. The guest also authorizes the Hotel to charge the credit or debit card for the same cost to cover the damage\/loss incurred even if the damage\/loss was discovered only after the guest\u2019s stay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Moreover, guests or any person in their party who negligently or intentionally caused damage to the hotel, its furniture or furnishing shall be charged accordingly. Such damage shall include but are not limited to towels and linen stains due to Henna tattoo, ink, hair dye, oil and discoloration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\"><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 LOST<\/b><span class=\"s15\"><b> <\/b><\/span><b>&amp;<\/b><span class=\"s8\"><b> <\/b><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><b>FOUND<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>LOST &amp; FOUND POLICY<\/b>: The Hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Items left behind by the guests and found after departure will be kept for collection by the owner for up to thirty (30) days, and if uncollected, shall be disposed without liability on the part of the Hotel. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries will immediately be discarded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Hotel, upon request of owner, will return the found item(s) upon payment of the packaging and postage, plus a 25% handling fee. The Hotel is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p28\"><span class=\"s16\"><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0ACCOMMODATION<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>FREE WiFi ACCESS<\/b>: Access to our WiFi is free for our registered guests. The hotel WiFi access code is subject to change without notice. The Hotel assumes no liability for guest use.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>ADDITIONAL BEDDING<\/b>: Only one (1) extra bed per room is available upon request, and subject to availability. Not all rooms can be furnished with extra beds due to different room arrangements and orientations. Extra bed shall be charged P500.00 per bed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>DO NOT DISTURB &amp; ACCESS TO ROOMS<\/b>: Housekeeping Staff will honor the \u201cDo Not Disturb\u201d door hanger once during a twenty-four (24) hour period indicating that the room is occupied. The Housekeeping Staff is required to enter the room at subsequent times to clean the room, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room. Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of \u201cDo Not Disturb\u201d for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, maintenance, verify that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Hotel Policies \/House Rules. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a Hotel Policy \/ House Rule is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to hotel property and rooms of evicted guests<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>CANDLE, INCENSE, ESSENTIAL OILS<\/b>: Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine of PhP10,000.00 will be assessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds for second violation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>COOKING, COOKING APPLIANCES, COMBUSTIBLES, OR FIREWORKS: <\/b>Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. Fine of PhP10,000.00 will be charged for cooking in a room, including, but not limited to coffee makers, hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, combustible, open flame, barbecue grill, burners, heating appliance, or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames or cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on Hotel property. Guests may be evicted with no refunds for second violation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>HOUSEKEEPING \/ ROOM INSPECTION<\/b>: Housekeeping is provided daily between the hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM, with Turn Down Service from 7PM to 10PM. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily and a detailed log is maintained on each room and linen, unless the \u201cDo Not Disturb\u201d hanger is placed by the guest. If the investigation concludes that a guest has smoked in the room, cooked, or brought a prohibited item into the facility, fine of PhP10,000.00 will be assessed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>LINEN CHANGING<\/b>: For guests staying multiples nights, bed linen is changed upon guest request.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>UNDECLARED GUEST\/S<\/b>: If the maximum number of guests allowed in a room is exceeded, the guest will be charged at the rate of (1) guestroom of similar booking, for a maximum of 2 undeclared persons found in the room. If there are more than 2 undeclared persons, they shall be transferred to any available room and be charged accordingly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 11:00PM. If found with more \u201cpeople\u201d not listed on the Guest Registration Form after 11:00PM, the stay will be considered a party, and will be asked to leave the Hotel. If the Non-registered visitor(s) refuse(s) to leave, the guest shall be subject to the rate as stated above.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>SMOKING<\/b>: The Hotel has designated smoking\/vaping areas in its premises. Fine of PhP5,000.00 will be charged for smoking of any kind outside the designated areas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>NO PARTIES<\/b>: The Hotel enforces a No In-Room Party Policy. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If unheeded, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>ROOM KEYCARDS<\/b>: Room keycards are issued to the registered guest(s). Each unreturned keycard to Front Desk upon check-out is subject to PhP500.00 payment, deductible from the deposit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>TOWELS AND LINENS<\/b>: Room towels shall not be brought to the beach. Fine of PhP1,000.00 if room towels are brought to the beach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>BEACH MATS AND POOL TOWEL CARDS: <\/b>Lost beach key cards shall be charged P200.00 each.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>BEACH MATS: <\/b>The Hotel shall lend beach mats to guests but shall be returned within the same day that beach mats were borrowed.
